Sav-Mor Automotive

Sav-More exceeded every expectation I had. I brought in my 2015 Jeep after another mechanic was unable to identify the problem, and from my first phone call to the completion of the service, the experience was exceptional. Mr. Brenner was my first point of contact and was incredibly pleasant, professional, and helpful. When I arrived, Mr. Justine continued that excellent level of service with his friendliness, courtesy, and genuine concern for my needs. Mr. Chris later became my primary contact, and his communication, professionalism, and outstanding customer service made the entire process smooth and worry-free. What impressed me most was the culture at Sav-More. Every employee I encountered was welcoming, respectful, and eager to help. It's clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority for this team. I can honestly say that in my 50 years, I have never had such a positive experience at an automotive repair shop. Sav-More has earned my trust and my business for years to come. If you're looking for a shop that combines expertise, honesty, and truly exceptional customer service, I highly recommend Sav-More. They will be my first choice for all current and future vehicle need

This was my first time visiting this auto shop, and I had a great experience. The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming—especially Justin, Chris, and Christian, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. The prices for the service were reasonable, and I really appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to and from my home, which made the whole experience even more convenient. I was very impressed with the level of customer service and quality of care I received. I'll definitely be bringing my vehicle back to this shop for future repairs. Thank you for the great service!

I can’t recommend Sav-Mor automotive enough! They’ve gone above and beyond every time I’ve brought my BMW in, whether it was tracking down coolant leaks, oil changes, new tires, or fixing any other issue that’s come up. Owning a BMW can be stressful when something goes wrong, but they’ve always taken great care of my vehicle & made the process easy. They’re knowledgeable, trustworthy, their work has been consistently excellent, & it’s clear they genuinely care about their customers. Top-notch service!

I love this place! They provide the absolute best service in the industry. I was in the Dallas area and needed multiple things done on my truck and the team at Save-More took incredible care of my vehicle and I. They went above and beyond with the installation of my lift, oil change, brake service and more. In a very acceptable amount of time. The crew was very personable, fun to chat with and incredibly kind and accommodating to my unique situation.

I recently had my engine replaced at Save More Automotive in Plano, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. The team was professional, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable from start to finish. They completed the job quickly while still delivering top-quality work. They kept me updated throughout the process, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was done right. The new engine runs great, and the attention to detail really shows. It’s hard to find a shop that combines fast service, quality workmanship, and excellent customer service, but Save More Automotive does exactly that. I highly recommend Save More Automotive to anyone looking for trustworthy mechanics and high-quality repairs. They earned my business for the future.
